CAN I BREAK THIS PICTURE DOWN FOR YOU, AS A JIM PARSONS SUPERNERD?
He was given a tiny stuffed monkey (nicknamed Shelly, I MEAN REALLY) by Laura Saltman before his first Emmy nomination, for good luck. He’s kept it since, despite being robbed last year. This year, she saw him again (at COMIC CON, NOT LIKE YESTERDAY NIGHT) and gave him this as a second good luck charm (for extra luck). And so he brought it to last night’s Emmys. This is just some random reporter for Access Hollywood, mind you. Not Betty White or something. He’s just that kind and thoughtful that he’s carried around two consecutive good luck charms just because it’s the thing to do. I seriously DARE you to even try to find someone more ridiculously precious than him. You can’t. He nicknamed this one Bazinga, ffs. Just… he’s my favorite, for many obvious goddamn reasons.
